At Cranry, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are delivered to serviceable pin codes based on availability of our logistics partners.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


Delivery Time

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee, shown before order confirmation.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


Delayed or Undelivered Orders

  • In rare cases of delay, we request your patience while we coordinate with our delivery partners.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


Damaged Packages

  • If the outer package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.

  • For accepted packages with internal damage, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • Cranry is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
