Return & Refund Policy

At Cranry, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items purchased during sales or special offers

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is from our side.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
